The Sustainability Lab in Tourism starts today

Today the S-Lab in Tourism has started. The S-Lab is organized for American University students attending the Florentine University of Arts FUA in Florence, Italy. Students will focus is on Sustainable Tourism and will have the chance to have an hands-on experience developing a project for an historical Convent in San Domenico di Fiesole. Professionals members of FAIR will guide the students in their work. The Convent of San Domenico in Fiesole was founded in 1406 and belongs to the Dominican Order that in 2016 will organize many events for the 800th celebration of the foundation of the Dominican Order that happened  in 1216.  The Convernt is worldwide known for having been home to il Beato Angelico, one of the most important painters of the time.
